Hi, I’m Hank.

In 2024, my wife Breanna and I made a big decision. We moved our two kids (and our Golden Retriever “Daisy”) to Central Florida to be closer to family in Winter Garden and Minneola. We didn't just want to live here; we wanted to be a part of the fabric of this community.

More Than Just a "Service Provider"

I founded Rodey Exteriors because I believe in the power of a local business to do more than just make a profit. I wanted to build a company that taught my children the value of hard work, but also the importance of looking out for the person living next door.

When you see us in Downtown Clermont, at the Winter Garden Farmers Market, or grabbing a bite at Disney Springs, we aren't just business owners—we’re your neighbors.

That perspective changes how we do business.

Why We’re Different: The 1-for-10 Rule

We know that in Florida, the humidity and mildew never rest. While most of our neighbors can hire a professional to handle it, some—especially our seniors, veterans, and those in a difficult season—can't always keep up.

That’s why we created our Neighbor In Need program. For every ten homes we are hired to clean, we perform one pro-bono job for a local neighbor who truly needs a hand. When you hire us, you’re directly helping us keep our community safe and bright for everyone.

Investing in Neighbors, Not Ads

You won't see us spending thousands on big tech advertising. Instead, we’ve launched our Neighborhood Scout program. We’d rather put that money back into the pockets of local students, retirees, and families by paying them to help us find homes that need our services.
